Ronda Mosley is a hands-on manager with over twenty years of professional experience. She has interdisciplinary academic training in energy, sustainability, business administration, and appropriate technology. Throughout the past fifteen years, she has worked primarily in program development and technology deployment and implementation. Her work experience has covered a broad scope of critical issues including energy reliability and energy security, community resilience, renewable energy, solid waste management, brownfield redevelopment, sustainable economic development, energy efficiency and conservation, homeland security, chemical and biological hazard management, and critical infrastructure maintenance and management.
Ronda currently works as Deputy Executive Director for Research and Government Services for Public Technology Institute (PTI). She is a senior manager responsible for all aspects of resource generation, membership services, and program development and management. She coordinates the activities of a national 209 member council representing city and county officials from across the country in the areas of energy, environment, and public safety and homeland security. The activities stemming from this program area are varied and most recently have included technology investigation and deployment for community resilience and homeland protection. Ronda received her Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Energy Management and Policy.
