Chris Baglin (nee Schabacker) has over 25 years’ experience in policy analysis, development, and implementation, handling stakeholder engagement, return on investment, legal sufficiency, and other issues. Currently, she is Senior Principal at PPC, conducting management consulting in support of organizational change as well as research on transportation sector resiliency. Previously, Ms. Baglin served at the US Department of the Interior as Counselor to the Assistant Secretary – Water & Science and as Director, Office of Policy Analysis. In the US Senate from 1995-2001, she served as full committee counsel to the Governmental Affairs Committee and in other senior aide positions. She received a BA from Wellesley College and attended Boston University where she earned a M.P.H. and a law degree.
